I just updated this weblog to MovableType, Version 3.2. This installation was straightforward, without problems. But now I can’t get the „style-cachter“ plugin running ….

I played around with Ruby on Rails a bit. Looks really interesting. Maybe you read here more about Rails soon.

The weather widget wasn’t working correct for at least 2 months. I didn’t change anything, one day it stopped to display the weater information for „Salzburg, Austria“.
I changed the location today to „salzburg%2C+Austria“ and voila, I can see the current weather with forecast again, Yipee! (Thanks to Jimmy.)

This made my day:

I switched back to Miranda today, as a result of some heavy problems with Gaim (No connection to ICQ via a Proxy Server, no feature of unblocking a MSN Buddy).

I often had (and even have) the feeling, that the Windows port of Gaim isn’t maintained very carefully. So I decided to witch back to a native win32 App.

Sadly there is no Multiprotocol-IM on Win32 like my favourite IM on OS X: Adium.

But it took a few weeks to recognise that I have to press the „Enter“ key after „Salzburg, Austria“ in the widget location box. Am I thinking too complicated ?
